Ingredients
7 links JOHNSONVILLE Italian Sausage
1 large onion, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2-3 potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 medium summer squash, halved and sliced
1 medium zucchini, halved and sliced
1 red bell pepper, chunked
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Crushed red pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Italian grated cheese, to garnish
Balsamic glaze, to garnish
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the onions, asparagus, squash, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, potatoes, peppers and garlic; toss with olive oil. Spoon onto a sheet pan; add sausage.
- Place sheet pan on grill and cook for 10 minutes; add tomatoes and grill an additional 5 minutes.
- Toss with the basil, crushed pepper, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Italian cheese and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
